CHICKEN WINGS WITH HONEY AND LEMON
We love chicken wings at home. These are made alone, all in the oven, we do not stain just anything and in the meantime we can do other things keeping an eye on it from time to time. They are a vice, both potatoes and tomatoes to suck their fingers. If you do not like the wings, then with some thighs will be equally rich and together with a salad well complete meal not!
- 1 kilo of chicken wings li>
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of honey "Honeymoon"
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 garlic
- 3 sprigs of parsley (leaves only)
- 1 sprigs of fresh rosemary (only the small needles)
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Salt
- 4 potatoes
- 1 sprig of cherry tomatoes
We clean the wings in conditions, removing all possible feather dots that may have, in case they had hair we burn them with a kitchen torch so that they stay clean. We wash them and dry them with paper towels.
In We mortar the garlic with the parsley, the sprig of rosemary, thyme and salt. We pour the juice of half a lemon, honey and oil. Remove with a few small manual rods so that everything is mixed and emulsified a little.
Brush the wings on both sides with the mash and place them on a tray baking record. If we have left over we spread it over the wings. Try not to pile them up. We put the source in the oven preheated to 180-190º for half an hour. Every once in a while we turn it around so that it gets brown on all sides.
When the wings are golden, we remove them to a source and we cover them with aluminum foil.
We wash the potatoes well and cut them in half and then in quarters. We place them in the source of the wings, remove them so that they are pringuen of the juices of the source (if we see that it has little liquid the source we add half a glass of water). Season and put the source in the oven until tender, 5 minutes before taking them out, put the twig of tomatoes washed on top so that they are roasted with the potatoes.
